This tomato feta salad is perhaps the healthiest dish on my blog. It’s loaded with so much good nutrients, and it’s very delicious 😉 This salad is sure to hit the spot. Who said eating healthy has to be gross? This salad not only tastes amazing, it also looks so pretty with all the different colors. But wait it gets better… This salad is super quick to make, it’s  literally done in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients: 
5 tomatoes
1 cucumber
Half red bell pepper
Half orange bell pepper
Half yellow bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup feta cheese

Instructions: 
1. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion.

2. Stir the vegetables in a large bowl, then add in the salt, olive oil, and feta. You don’t want to mix it around too much so. Over mixing will make it mushy.
