what you need:
– 2 Russet potatoes – 1 tbsp avocado oil – Sour cream – Green onion – Crumbled Bacon – 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese – 2 tbsp salted butter – Salt to taste
1. Wash & dry the potatoes.
2. Pierce and lubricate them.
When the potatoes are dry, pierce them several times with a fork. Then rub them with avocado oil.
3. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt to taste and then place them in the air fryer.
4. Bake the potatoes for 40 minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit, or until fork-tender. If needed, add another 5 minutes to the cook time.
Split the baked potatoes in half and add in your favorite toppings. Serve warm.
