Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

what you need:

Chicken Marinade – 1 lb chicken tenders – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard – 1 garlic clove Breading mixture – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/8 tsp pepper – 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs – 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

STEP 1

Make the marinade. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic to a large bowl and mix.

 Place the chicken in the marinade and toss to make sure they are completely covered. You can let it sit for a few hours, or even overnight.

Make the dredge. Combine the breadcrumbs, Panko, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to make the dredge for your chicken tenders.

STEP 4

Dredge your chicken. Generously cover the chicken with the mixture and then place each piece in the basket of the air fryer.

STEP 5

Lightly spray both sides of the chicken with canola or avocado oil in spray form. You can use your own oil mister bottle for optimal flavor.

STEP 6

Cook the chicken tenders in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes on each side. 

These chicken tenders can also be made in an oven. Follow the steps up until it is time to cook. Place them on a baking sheet and cook them in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes
