– 3/4 cup milk – 1 1/2 tsp dry active yeast – 1/4 cup sugar + 1 tbsp – 1 tsp salt – 4 cups all-purpose flour – 3 large eggs + 1 extra for egg wash – 1/2 cup unsalted butter

STEP 1

- Make the yeast mixture.

- Mix the dough.

STEP 2

- Add the butter.

STEP 3

- Let the dough rise.

- Divide the dough.

- Proof the dough balls.

- Make the egg wash.

- Bake.

These soft brioche dinner rolls can be stored at room temperature in a ziplock bag or airtight container. They will last for 1-2 days.
