Steps to make Strawberry Popsicles: blend the pineapple, raspberries, and strawberries in a food processor and then blend in the honey and yogurt.
  • Pour the blended fruit into Popsicle molds, add the Popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  • When removing the Popsicles from the molds give them a few minutes to thaw around the edges so they come out easier.
Steps to make Strawberry Popsicles: pour the blended fruit into the popsicles molds, add the sticks, and freeze.

Notes

  • Chop the pineapple- You'll want to make the pineapple pieces about the size of the strawberries to make it easier for the food processor to puree them.
  • Pay attention to the fat content of the yogurt- If you want to keep this recipe healthy, use lower-fat yogurt. For a creamier popsicle, use full-fat yogurt.
  • Let them thaw a bit- When removing the popsicles from the molds, give them a few minutes to thaw around the edges so they come out easier.
  • Loosen them with warm water- If the popsicles are stubborn coming out of the mold, run some warm water over it to loosen them up.
