Ingredients

  • 5 heirloom tomatoes
  • 8 large basil leaves
  • 1 8 oz tub ciliegine mozzarella balls
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the tomatoes into small wedges.
  • Then, chop the fresh basil into thin slices.
  • Add the mozzarella balls, tomatoes, and basil into a large plate or bowl. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
