Ingredients

  • 1 lb. flake style imitation crab meat
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 3/4 cup petite peas
  • 1/2 cup petite white corn
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the crab and shrimp.
  • Then chop the hard boiled eggs, green onion, and fresh dill.
  • In a large bowl add the crab, shrimp, eggs, green onion, dill, corn, and peas.
  • In a separate smaller bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Add the mayonnaise mixture to the bowl of vegetables and seafood and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir just to combine and serve chilled.
