Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 green onion
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Chop the cabbage into thin strips and place into a bowl.
  • Chop the cucumber, dill, and green onion and place into the bowl of cabbage.
  • Add the vinegar, salt, and olive oil to the bowl and mix to combine.
