Cedar Plank Salmon with Honey Soy Glaze

  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 pineapple
  • Cedar Planks


  1. Soak cedar planks in cold water for a few hours.
  2. Combine 3 pressed garlic cloves, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce, and 1/2 cup chopped cilantro in a bowl. Then set aside
  3. Cut pineapple into 1-inch slices and place on a cedar plank.
  4. Place salmon onto pineapple and season with salt and pepper. Then spread the soy sauce mixture on top of the salmon fillet.
  5. Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until internal salmon temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
