Ingredients

  • 12 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced or pressed

Instructions

  • Place 12 ounces of softened cream cheese into a large bowl and beat it on high speed using an electric hand mixer until it's smooth.
  • Then add 1/2 cup of cold heavy cream and mix it in.
  • Add 2 tablespoons freshly chopped chives, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Mix on high speed again, just until the ingredients are well combined. Serve chilled with your favorite vegetables and crackers.
