In a small bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Then use a whisk to mix it up.
Now add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to the spices and mix thoroughly.
Now take 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
Then evenly rub them in the spice mixture. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge. Just be sure to cover it with plastic wrap.
Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Then place the marinated chicken breast onto the air fryer basket and cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping the chicken with tongs halfway through. A good way to tell if your chicken is done is by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken and it should read at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Storing and Reheating Once these chicken breasts have cooled, place them in a container with a lid or wrap them in plastic wrap. They can stay fresh in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat them, place the chicken breast back in the air fryer to cook for about 5 minutes at 350 degrees, flipping halfway.
