Place the frozen corn along with the butter into a saucepan. Tip: to speed up the cooking process you can rinse your frozen corn in a mesh strainer with cold water to melt all the ice before adding it to the saucepan.
Set the heat to medium-high and stir until the butter starts to melt. Add in the garlic salt and stir frequently, for another two minutes. Serve warm. Tip: I highly recommend Lawry's brand for garlic salt because the flavor is just so darn good. But you can always use a little salt, garlic powder, and a pinch of dried parsley as a substitute.
Notes
Rinse the frozen corn- Place the corn in a mesh strainer to rinse off and melt any ice. This will speed up the cooking process.
Add the seasoning after the butter- Let the butter melt and coat the corn before adding the seasoning so it has something to stick to.
Stir frequently- You don't want to scorch the corn on the bottom of the pan so stir it frequently as it cooks.
Use a good Garlic salt- I highly recommend Lawry's brand for garlic salt because the flavor is just so darn good.
