  • In a bowl combine the canned tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped onion, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spread mayonnaise on 2 slices of toasted bread. Then add the tuna mixture, lettuce, tomato, and the top bread slice. Repeat these steps with the second tuna sandwich.

Serving suggestions
  • Celery- is healthy and low-calorie addition that gives your lunch an extra crunch.
  • Pickles- give your tuna sandwich a little hint of sourness that finishes off the meal all too well.
  • Apples- If you like and sweet and crunchy kick, apples are a must!
