- 1 ripened banana
- 5 mandarins
- 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice
Cut the banana into small slices and place them in a zip-lock bag. Freeze for 1 hour.
Peel the mandarins and freeze for 1 hour as well.
In a blender combine the frozen banana slices, frozen mandarin, vanilla yogurt, lemon juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.
