  • 1 ripened banana
  • 5 mandarins
  • 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice


  • Cut the banana into small slices and place them in a zip-lock bag. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Peel the mandarins and freeze for 1 hour as well.
  • In a blender combine the frozen banana slices, frozen mandarin, vanilla yogurt, lemon juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.
