  • Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
  • Cut the squash into slices in between each ridge. Then peel each slice.
  • Cut each slice into about 2 inch chunks.
  • Place the cut squash into a bowl and add brown sugar and melted butter. Toss just to combine.
  • Place the squash onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
