Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 4 oz chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 packages mini phyllo pastry shells

Instructions

  • In a pan heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the chopped mushrooms until they become tender.
  • Next, in a bowl combine, sautéed mushrooms, shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Now go ahead and place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet and fill each shell with 1 tsp of the chicken mixture. Bake at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
