Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add 8 oz whipped cream cheese and mix with an electric mixer. Beat until smooth.
  • Now add 1/4 cup cold heavy whipping cream, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup powdered sugar. Beat on low speed until you have a smooth consistency. Serve chilled with your favorite fruit.

Notes

  • Use room temp cream cheese- The softer it is, the easier it will be to mix. If it's too cold, it will make your fruit dip lumpy, and nobody wants that, right?!
  • Mix slowly- Make sure to mix on low speed when you add the other ingredients to the cream cheese. Otherwise, the powdered sugar will go flying everywhere.
  • Pick up speed slowly- As the fruit dip begins to come together, you can slowly pick the speed up until you have a nice smooth consistency.
  • Use cold heavy cream- This mixes faster and incorporates more smoothly into the whipped cream cheese.
