  • Mix 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar with 1/2 tablespoon of boiling hot water. Mix just until the sugar dissolves.
  • Now, combine the 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (sweet baby rays brand), 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke and mix. Make sure to use a whisk or spatula to scrape all the sides really well.
  •  Serve with french fries, quinoa chicken nuggets or air fryer chicken tenders. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
