  • 1/2 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs


  • In a bowl add the chicken thighs, chipotle peppers, avocado oil, garlic, and salt.
  • Give it a good mix and let it marinate for about 3 hours or overnight. 
  • Place chipotle marinated chicken on your air fryer basket and bake at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 7 minutes on each side.


What to do with leftover chicken?
