In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter, 1/2 cup golden brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 1/2 tablespoons milk.
Spread 1 cup of all-purpose flour into a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes. Then let it cool completely.
Once that’s whisked together fold in 1 cup of the heat-treated flour into the batter using a spatula. Depending on the consistency you want, you may need to add a little more milk.
Don't eat raw flour- Make sure you don't skip the step where you heat-treat the flour. Eating it raw can make you sick because of bacteria that resides in it.
Let the flour cool- To avoid it melting the chocolate chips, let the flour cool completely before adding in the other ingredients.
Check the consistency- If you think your dough is too dry, then you can add in a little more milk.
Don't bake the dough- This recipe is made with certain ingredients to be enjoyed uncooked. Cooking this dough will not result in very good cookies.
keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Just place it in an airtight container or ziplock bag. You can also freeze it for up to 6 months.
