Baked Brie in Puff Pastry

Why you'll love it

I love this Baked Brie in Puff Pastry recipe because it’s both rustic and elegant.

– 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed – 8 oz round of Brie cheese – 1/3 cup pecans toasted & chopped – 1/4 cup dried cranberries – 3 Tbsp Fig jam or any other fruit jam – 1 egg + 1 tbsp water whisked egg wash

Step 1

Make the filling. In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and fig jam, mixing everything together well. Set aside.
