It will take you just under 30 minutes to make these.
For the patty – 2 lb ground beef – 3/4 cup chopped onion – 2 Tbsp olive oil – 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce – 1/2 tsp pepper – 1/2 tsp salt Buns and toppings – Brioche buns – Havarti cheese – Sautéed mushrooms – Tomoatoes – Onion – Lettuce – Mayo or any spread of your choice
Saute the onions. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.
Create the patties. Form the beef into 6 fairly thin patties. (About 5 inches in diameter). They will shrink and thicken as they cook.
