– 1 lb chicken breast
– 4 tbsp butter
– 1 bunch green onion
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 green bell pepper
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 1 quart heavy cream
– 1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 lb penne pasta
Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Cook the cutlets thoroughly in a pan and then allow them to cool.
In a large skillet, add the butter. Then add the green onions, bell peppers, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Stir everything together until the bell peppers become tender.
