A perfect whipped topping for almost any dessert
what you need:
– 1 cup heavy cream (36 % fat or higher) – 2 tbsp powdered sugar – 1 tsp vanilla extract
In the bowl of a stand mixer, attach the whisk attachment and pour in 1 cup of cold heavy cream.
Now add the powdered sugar and vanilla and mix on high speed until soft peaks form.
You can make this Chantilly Cream in advance and store it in the fridge. If it becomes liquidy, just whip it to reincorporate the air that makes it fluffy.
