what you need:
– 4 8 oz pork loin chops, bone-in – 2.3 cup grated Parmesan – 2/3 cup Panko bread crumbs – 1 1/2 tsp Paprika – 1 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 2 eggs – 1 clove garlic – 1 tsp olive oil spray
Make the breading.
Grate the Parmesan cheese into a large bowl, then add the Panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Make the egg mixture.
For the dredge, add the eggs and grated garlic to a separate bowl. Then whisk them for about 1 minute.
Dry the pork chops and then dip them in the egg, covering them completely. Allow the excess eggs to drain and cover all sides with the Panko mixture
Preheat the air fryer.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray the bottom of the basket with cooking spray.
Prepare pork chops. Put 2 pork chops in a basket and sprinkle their tops with cooking spray. Cook them for about 10 minutes, turn over, and then cook for another 8-10 minutes. Serve with your favorite gravy.
