– 3 tbsp unsalted butter – 1 garlic clove – 1/2 cup Onion – 1/2 cups carrots chopped – 1 lb chicken breast – 3 tbsp all-purpose flour – 1 cup chicken broth low sodium – 1/2 cup heavy cream – 1/4 tsp dried thyme – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp Salt – 1/2 cup frozen peas – 1/2 cup frozen corn – 1 lb puff pastry (2 sheets total)

- Sautee the vegetables.

STEP 1

- Add in the chicken.

- Brown the flour.

- Stir in the broth, cream, and spices.

STEP 2

- Add the peas and corn.

- Fill the ramekins.

STEP 3

- Top them with puff pastry.

- Bake.
