Nutella Brownies

what you need:

– 4 large eggs – 2 cups Nutella – 3/4 cup blanched almond flour – 1/4 tsp salt

STEP 1

 First, combine the eggs and salt in a large mixing bowl with an electric handheld mixer on high speed until the eggs become foamy. Then add the almond flour and mix for a minute or so until combined.

Add the slightly warm Nutella to the batter and mix on high speed until the batter is smooth.

Pour the Nutella brownie batter into a 9×13 baking dish that has been covered with parchment paper and coated with nonstick spray. Smooth the batter out with a spatula and then bake for 30-35 minutes on the middle rack at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

To make brownies gluten-free, just omit the all-purpose flour and replace it with almond flour. Since most brownies have all-purpose flour in them, this is the perfect brownie recipe for you if you’re trying to avoid gluten. This decadent recipe doesn’t sacrifice any flavor!
