Ingredients
Make a roux. In a medium-sized pot, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Then add the flour and whisk quickly.
Add seasonings. Then stir in the garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce (franks brand).
Stir in the cheese. Lastly, add in the shredded cheese. Stir until fully melted, and then serve warm.
