Creamy Mashed Potatoes

what you need:

– 10 medium potatoes – 1 1/2 tbsp salt for boiling – 3/4 cup unsalted butter (about 1 1/2 sticks ) – 1/2 cup sour cream – 1/2 cup heavy cream – 1 garlic clove pressed – 1/2 tsp additional salt or to taste

This Creamy Mashed Potatoes take less than 25 minutes to make.

1.Start off by peeling your potatoes using a knife or a potato peeler.

Peel and cut the potatoes

2. Then cut the potatoes into 1-2 inch cubes.

Boil the potatoes with salt

Place the potatoes in a large pot, fill with water, and add 1 1/2 tbsp. of sea salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

1.Drain the potatoes.

Strain the water out and add remaining ingredients

2. Now add the softened butter, sour cream, heavy cream, and pressed garlic.

3. Using an electric hand mixer, beat the mashed potatoes until smooth and creamy.
