  • Add the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, salt, garlic powder, and chili powder to a food processor.
  • Pulse on high speed a few times until everything is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the chipotle mayonnaise to a bowl of shredded cooked chicken.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly.

  • Evenly distribute the chicken mixture on half of the slices of bread.
