Then mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
Add the olive oil to a large pan and bring to medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken pieces in two batches. You want to avoid overcrowding the pan, or else the chicken won’t get a good golden sear.
Sear the chicken on one side for about 4-5 minutes to create a golden crust, then flip the chicken over and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Then remove from the pan and continue with the second batch. Once all of the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan.
In the same pan, add the butter and minced garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds.
Now add the cooked chicken back in the pan along with chopped parsley. Give it a quick mix and serve warm.
