  • Chop the chicken thighs into 2-inch pieces. Then add them into a bowl along with the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
  • Then mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Add the olive oil to a large pan and bring to medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken pieces in two batches. You want to avoid overcrowding the pan, or else the chicken won’t get a good golden sear.
  • Sear the chicken on one side for about 4-5 minutes to create a golden crust, then flip the chicken over and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Then remove from the pan and continue with the second batch. Once all of the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan.
  • In the same pan, add the butter and minced garlic. Stir for about 30 seconds.
  • Now add the cooked chicken back in the pan along with chopped parsley. Give it a quick mix and serve warm.
