This Grilled Ribeye Steak is juicy on the inside with a delicious crust on the outside. Flavored simply with fresh garlic, salt, and pepper, this easy recipe is a summer favorite.
Bring the steaks to room temperature to ensure even cooking.
Now drizzle the olive oil over both side sides of the steak. Then spread the pressed garlic over the top, bottom, and sides of the steak. Then generously season every side of the steak with salt and pepper.
Preheat your grill to 450-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steak to ensure proper cooking. My family likes steak to be medium to medium rare. So about 135-140 degrees Fahrenheit internally. Cook more or less depending on your liking.
Once the steak is done, transfer it to a plate and cover it with foil to let it rest for about 5 minutes. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the steak, making it juicier and more flavorful.
