Ingredients

– 2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined – Olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste – 1/4 cup Greek yogurt – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 2 tbsp Mae ploy sweet chili sauce – 1 tsp sriracha sauce – 1 bunch green onion chopped

Step 1

Season the shrimp. Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill the shrimp. Place the shrimp on skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 mins on each side.
