Let’s get started!

Servings: 8

– 6 tbsp unsalted butter – 4 tbsp olive oil – 2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined – 8 garlic cloves minced – 3/4 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 1 tsp red pepper flakes – 3/4 cup white wine – 3 tbsp lemon juice – 1 cup fresh parsley chopped – 1 lb pasta

TOTAL Time: 25 Min

Ingredients

White Scribbled Underline

Boil the pasta.

01

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.

Cook the shrimp.

02

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter and olive oil over medium-high heat and then add the raw shrimp. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.

Add the garlic and seasonings.

03

Now add the minced garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything together until the garlic becomes fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).

Add the wine and lemon juice.

04

Bring the heat up to high and pour in the white wine and fresh lemon juice. Let it come to a quick boil (to cook out the alcohol in the wine).

Add the pasta.

05

Stir the pasta into the shrimp scampi and garnish it with freshly chopped parsley.
