Equipment

Ingredients

  • 20 slices Genoa salami
  • 8 oz spreadable cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Peperoncini drained and chopped
  • 1/8 tsp freshly cracked pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium sized prep bowl, add the spreadable cream cheese, finely chopped peperoncini, and black pepper.
  • Use a whisk to combine everything together. Tip: you can also use block/brick type of cream cheese, just makes sure to bring it to room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Now add about 2 tsp of the cream cheese filling in the center of each salami slice. Then tightly roll it up and secure it with a toothpick. Tip: having the salami at room temperature makes it easier to roll.
  • Once the salami roll ups are done, serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
