In a medium sized prep bowl, add the spreadable cream cheese, finely chopped peperoncini, and black pepper.
Use a whisk to combine everything together. Tip: you can also use block/brick type of cream cheese, just makes sure to bring it to room temperature for easier mixing.
Now add about 2 tsp of the cream cheese filling in the center of each salami slice. Then tightly roll it up and secure it with a toothpick. Tip: having the salami at room temperature makes it easier to roll.
Once the salami roll ups are done, serve immediately or cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
